This collaboration is possible thanks to the longstanding partnership with Fora, a leading provider of outsourced diagnostic and therapy services with over 50 years of presence on the global market.
The CE-Marked uRT-linac 506c system from United Imaging features a diagnostic-quality CT scanner integrated with the linear accelerator on a single platform, enabling a streamlined workflow from CT image guidance to treatment delivery. A key feature of the uRT-linac 506c is the acquisition of high-definition diagnostic CT images immediately prior to each treatment fraction. This allows clinicians to visualize anatomical and tumor changes and perform online adaptive treatment planning to support personalized radiotherapy, shortening the time of the whole workflow.
In addition, the system's capabilities, enabled by native AI, support the entire workflow, including automated contouring of organs-at-risk and target volumes, automated treatment planning and, delivery.

Die ASTA Energy Solutions AG hat ihre Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre zur dritten ordentlichen Hauptversammlung eingeladen. Das Treffen soll am Montag, 1. Juni 2026, um 14:00 Uhr MESZ im Hotel InterContinental Vienna in der Wiener Johannesgasse stattfinden. Das Unternehmen mit der ISIN AT100ASTA001 will auf der Versammlung zentrale Beschlüsse für das abgelaufene Geschäftsjahr 2025 sowie Weichenstellungen für 2026 fassen.
Auf der Tagesordnung stehen unter anderem die Vorlage des Jahresabschlusses samt Lagebericht sowie des Konzernabschlusses mit Konzernlagebericht zum 31. Dezember 2025. Die Anteilseigner sollen außerdem über die Verwendung des im Jahresabschluss ausgewiesenen Bilanzgewinns entscheiden. Formell verlangt das Unternehmen für solche Anträge eine eigenhändige Unterschrift oder firmenmäßige Zeichnung aller Antragsteller, bei elektronischer Übermittlung eine qualifizierte elektronische Signatur beziehungsweise bei SWIFT-Übermittlung eine entsprechende Nachricht (MT598 oder MT599). Die Antragsteller müssen die Aktien seit mindestens drei Monaten vor Antragstellung halten.
